Gantry-type hardness tester is the flagship product of Labtt, and its quality gets the approbation of many experts from aerospace manufacturer leading company through an open biding process.
Brinell indenter and Brinell test software are with effective certificates issued by Changcheng Institute of Metrology & Measurement according to American standard.
The resolution of indentation’s diameter ≤0.005mm,maximum permissible error is ±0.3%,Changcheng institutio’s examining report of this test system shows optics measuring head is 5mm, standard value is 1.49989mm,measured value is 1.49903mm, put into hardness value calculation formula ,get the hardness value is 415HBW5/750,error is 0.
Brinell hardness test value contains up to 3 digits after decimal point, indentation’s diameter contains up to 4 digits after decimal point:0.0001mm,meet the requirements of GB231/ASTM E10.
The resolution of automatic indentation test system is 0.001mm, maximum permissible error is ±0.005mm. When one hardness tester’s hardness value HBW is 125<HBW≤225,maximum permissible error is ±2.0%,indicating value’s repeatability is ≤2.5%;when hardness value HBW is >225,maximum permissible error is ±2.0%,indicating value’s repeatability is ≤2.5%。
