1、 Product introduction:

Eqm-3000-5 end quenching testing machine, which fully meets the requirements of steel GB / t225-2006, ASTM A 255, DIN 50191 and ISO 642 "end quenching test method for steel hardenability (Jominy test)", and quenches the heated sample. It is applicable to the end face quenching test of high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, spring steel, some tool steel, bearing steel, low hardenability structural steel and other steel grades.

Compared with the conventional end quenching tester, the EQM-3000 series end quenching tester has been improved in the following aspects, making it more high-tech, stable and advanced, far ahead of the generation products, and also more convenient for users.

1. The original control structure is adopted to ensure the strict requirements of end quenching test on water column height and water spraying time.

2. With compressor refrigeration, the water temperature can be monitored and adjusted automatically.

3. The advanced quenching time control system is adopted, which can automatically complete the whole working cycle of quenching closing the water pump.

4. The whole machine has reasonable design and layout, compact structure, easy to use, easy maintenance and repair.

2、 Main features:

2.1 the testing machine is composed of frame, water tank, automatic circulating water system of water pump, water spraying time setting system, water temperature regulation and control system, etc.

2.2 the whole testing machine (water tank nozzle support frame panel shelf) is welded with 304 stainless steel, and the water tank, nozzle and other long-term contact parts with water are made of stainless steel.

2.3. The control of water spray start function adopts two methods: automatic control and manual control of high-sensitivity photoelectric sensor. The nozzle of each station adopts independent water pump to supply water without mutual interference.

2.4 the spraying time of each nozzle can be set on the touch screen, and the spraying height of each station can be adjusted independently to maintain the stability of the water column.

2.5 the water temperature can be monitored and automatically adjusted. The water temperature control adopts compressor refrigeration and heating. The water temperature control precision is high, and the water tank is equipped with temperature control instrument.

2.6 the alignment between the inner hole of the sample support and the nozzle is stable and can also be adjusted manually.

2.7 the distance from the water surface to the end face of the sample can be realized by adjusting the height of the support.

2.8 a drainage pipe is installed on the water tank to drain water.

2.9 all kinds of measuring instruments used and installed are easy to disassemble for inspection.
